Reyes Robles Sr.

Reyes Franco Robles, Sr., 64, of Hale Center, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 7, 2025, at St. Theresa's Catholic Church, in Hale Center, with Father Alex Ambrose officiating. Interment will follow at Hale Center Cemetery under the care of Ramage Funeral Directors. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Ramage Funeral Directors, in Hale Center, with the Rosary being recited from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Reyes was born January 7, 1961, in Durango, Mexico, to Isidro and Nolberta (Franco) Robles. He married Maria Ortega in July of 1988 and was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church. A hardworking man, Reyes dedicated his life to farming and providing for his family. Music was his passion, and he shared his love for it as a vocalist and guiro player for the Robles Y Compañía Band. Whether singing, playing music, or dancing, Reyes found joy in every note. Family was the heart of Reyes' life and he was a wonderful son, husband, father, and grandfather. He treasured the time spent with his family and adored his granddaughter, Arly. His love and dedication will forever be remembered by those who knew him.
Reyes was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Maria Robles of Hale Center; his son, Reyes Robles, Jr. of Hale Center; his daughters, Gloria Robles of Hale Center, Mayra Robles and her fiancé Gregory Higginbotham of Michigan, and Patricia Robles of Abernathy; his uncle, Mario Franco of New Mexico; and his beloved granddaughter, Arly Manzanalez Robles.
