Rhoda Billiard Obituary

Born in Chester, Pennsylvania, she was an area resident her entire life and most recently resided in the Garden City section of Wallingford.
She was the daughter of the late Elmer Williams and Dolores (Hulton) Williams. Additionally, she is preceded in death by two siblings: Linda Adams (2019) and her twin sister Dolores "Dodie" Sheesley (2021).
Survivors: Her beloved children: Rosie M. Welkie (William Dauberman) and Christopher Bartholdi, four siblings: Charles Williams, James Williams, Philip (Jeanette) Williams, Tammy Williams, and sister-in-law Lynda Williams.
Visitation: Monday, November 17, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave, Aston, Pennsylvania 19014.
Interment: Will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Rhoda's honor to the SPCA.
