Rhonda Faye McClain-Tester, age 62, of Jonesborough, TN went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 9, 2025. She was born on September 16, 1962 in Kingsport, TN to Fred McClain and Norma Warren. Rhonda enjoyed spending time doing anything outdoors, especially her flower garden. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, often going out of her way to make people laugh. Rhonda will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her grandson Christopher Harvey; and sister Debra Dexter.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 24 years Tony Tester; children Curtis McClain, Christina Webb, Sandy Anderson, Tonya Tester; brothers, Buddy Runyon, Mark Flanigan; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

A visitation of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 5 pm to 6 pm at Carter-Trent Funeral Home – Kingsport with a funeral service to follow. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 10 am at Gardner's Chapel Cemetery. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 9:50 am.
