Rhonda Faye Swearengin (Harris) of Ooltewah, TN, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025, at her residence. She was of the Christian faith.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 22 years, Paul Swearengin; father, Ronald Harris; nephew, Coty Harris.
Rhonda loved camping and crocheting. She loves to have all her "babies" over to spend the night and play make-up. She loves gossiping and laughing with her girlfriends, but more than anything Rhonda loved to sing. Whether it was for the Lord on Sunday's or at the sold-out Rhonda and Darryl karaoke shows on Friday nights.
She is survived by her mother, Eva Harris; daughter Mya Swearengin (Jake); brothers, DeWayne (Sandy) Harris, Darryl (Carrie) Harris and Donald (Angel) Harris; nephew, Christopher Harris; nieces, Karissa (Chris) Adekoya, Chelby Harris, Hunter Harris, Trinity (Jerry) Harris and Delilah Harris; great aunt to Ace Holland, Finnlee Harris and Myleah Harris. Friends, Bonnie and Andrew Twitchel, Amanda Tullis and Bubba Lloyd, and many other friends and family members.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM, Monday, August 4, 2025, at Companion Funeral Home-Chattanooga chapel, followed by the service at 2:00 PM with Pastor John Buff officiating. The burial will be held at Ooltewah Cemetery following the service.
