Dembrosky, Richard J., 76, Johnstown, passed away December 19, 2021, at Laurelwood. Born December 25, 1944, to the late Peter and Agnes (Sanders) Dembrosky. Survived by loving wife, Rebecca (Ashcom); children, Jerry; Kristyn (Bill); foster children, Ashley, Matt, and Joey, who were like his own; grandchildren, Alyssa, Ryland, Makayla, Makenzie, and Jackson; siblings, Delores Waters; Mary Ann Estvanik; Robert Dembrosky; and numerous nieces and nephews, who were all special to Richard. Richard was a proud U.S. Marine having served two tours of duty in Vietnam. He was previously employed by Kenan Advantage and Ashbridge Oil Co. as a truck driver. Richard was an outdoors man who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working God's land. Mass will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday December 22 at Resurrection Parish. Out of respect for Pap, guests are asked to please wear a mask. Donations may be made in Richard's memory to Veteran Community Initiatives, 727 Goucher St. Johnstown, PA 15905.
