Richard Keith Dixon, of Cynthiana, KY, age 73, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024. He was born on June 12, 1951 in Dayton, OH to the late Caywood Dixon and Carmella Dean Adams Doggett.
He is survived by his wife Patti French Dixon; son, Benjamin Ray (Devan) French; Daughters, Crystal (Michael) Ard, and Misti (IV) McNees; sisters, Shirley (David) King, Pam (Perry) Linker, and Dorothy (James) Speyrer; grandchildren, Zachery Hernandez, Kaylee (Bo) Hernandez, Emma Wedding, Madlyn (Lane) McNees, Parker Ard, Presley Ard, Ethan (Karly) French, Isaac French, and Josh French; and great-grandchild, Alice Isley.
Richard retired from Lexmark, after which he worked as security at the Harrison County Justice Center for 20 years. He was also a proud Veteran of the United States Army.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at Ware Funeral Home with visitation prior to service from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. There will be no graveside service. As a kid I remember sitting on the couch in Desmond and Clara´s house and Ricky gave me the first Oreo cookie I ever had. My dad, Paul Judy and Desmond were good friends and farmers.
