He is survived by his wife, Rita; daughters Nicole Vasquez and husband Andrew, Christine Beauchamp and husband Kevin, step-daughter Kim Bild and husband Brandon, step-son, Brad Mehring and grandchildren Andrew Beauchamp, Rayna and Lucas Bild.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Mentor Baptist Church, 5735 S. Farm Road 193, Rogersville, Missouri 65742.
Internment will be at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery with full military honors.

I had the honor of working with Rick many years ago in the 1980's in San Diego. He was great with the people he managed, a real people person.
My prayers and sympathy go out to his family.
