Rick Fultz, 71, of Cherryvale, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at the Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.
He was born on April 15, 1953, to Darrel D. and Beryl D. (Wheat) Fultz in Parsons, Kansas. He grew up and attended school in Raymore, Missouri and Altamont, Kansas, graduating from Labette County High School in 1971.
