Richard M. Gagnon, age 63, of Adrian, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Toledo Hospital. He was born July 3, 1961, in Adrian, Michigan, to James and Esther (Emery) Gagnon. He graduated from Adrian High School in 1979 and then from Adrian College in 1983 with a bachelor's degree in business. Rich was very proud of his great nieces and nephews, attending as many of their activities as he could. Caring for his mother in her later years he was most known for taking her places and helping her with everyday things. Richard is survived by three siblings, Lenore (Michael) Dowling, David (Debra) Gagnon and Charlotte (Dr. Michael) Dodson; 11 nieces and nephews, David, James, Dustin and Cody Gagnon, Jeremy and Aaron Dowling, Kristin (Cris) Cordon, Derek and Alexandra Gagnon, Trapper and Taylor Dodson; and 15 great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Jim and Esther he is preceded in death by one brother James Gagnon. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life and burial of cremains in the North Adrian Cemetery with his parents will be announced at a later date.
