Richard's life was marked by his unwavering commitment to his family and his profession. He was a devoted father to his beloved daughter, Addison, who brought immense joy to his life. Richard is also survived by his loving parents, Virginia and Roger Gilmer, and his brother, David Gilmer, who will all cherish his memory and the times they shared together.
Richard will be remembered for his quiet strength, his integrity, and the love he had for his family. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
