I asked my uncle Rick, when I got out of the Army if I should go into politics. He said my ego was nowhere near big enough.
I got see the neatest things in our nations capital when I was 10 because of him.
He seemed to me to be an accomplished man professionally and I admired that. He was extremely intelligent and thought provoking in my adult conversations with him. I will miss the idea of him and Nancy out there enjoying a good life. Seemed like a match made in heaven in many regards.
