This included performing regular maintenance to the church, cooking in the kitchen, assisting the pastor when he needed supplies or providing rides to and from the airport. Richard was well known for his loyalty and kindness amongst all the members of the church.
During his working career, Richard worked in a variety of fields including food service, insurance, and shipping. Richard was a shipping manager for the Stop & Shop Distribution Center in Taunton, MA and was most recently employed by Engineering Manufacturing Services (EMS) in Monroe, NC.
On Saturday April 5, 2025, Richard went home to be with the Lord.
