Richard Howland Obituary
He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Beatrice Howland and brother-in-law Emil Misata. He is survived by his sister, Saundra (Sandy) Misata, niece Jaclyn (Donald) Tripp and great niece Lauren Tripp.
The family would like to thank the staff and doctors at Broome Oncology, UHS, Endwell Family Physicians and especially those at Mercy House of the Southern Tier, who provided him with excellent care and support in his last weeks of life.
The family will be having a private burial and there will be no services.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to The Mercy House of the Southern Tier in Rick's name.
