Richard Dale Irion, 53, of Abilene, Texas, passed away suddenly on December 9th, 2025 surrounded by love.
Richard was born in Abilene, Texas, on April 16, 1972, to Mackie Irion and Lynne Diane Fonkin. Richard was known for his kind heart, strong work ethic, dedication to his family/friends, and always bringing the best out in everyone he knew.
Richard was preceded in death by his father, Mackie Irion; his step-mother, Norma Jo Irion; and his grandparents, Dick Irion and Ercile Irion.
He is survived by his beloved fiancée, Stacy Deleon; his daughters, Anna Irion, Kristen Irion, Nicholas Ramos, and his children, Isabella and Tilan Ramos; his extended children, Alex Herden (Carla Canales) and Evelyn Williams; and his extended grandchild, Hudson Herden. Richard is further survived by his siblings, William Irion and Michael Irion (Ashley Irion); his niece, Madeline Irion; and his step-mother, Madalyn Irion. He will be dearly missed by many friends and extended family members.
