Richard Henry Jimenez

Richard Henry Jimenez, age 45, of Sacramento, California was called home to the Lord on September 9, 2025 surrounded by the love of his family.

Born on November 8, 1979 in Sacramento, California. He lived a life rooted in faith, family, and generosity. Richard was full of joy and laughter, generous with his time, attention, and love. He never met a stranger,only a friend he hadn't yet known and his kindness touched countless lives. He found joy in collecting gold and silver coins, sharing meals, and surrounding himself with the many friends who loved him. He was the beloved husband of Kiley Jimenez and the devoted father of his cherished daughter, Sophia.

He is survived by his parents, Henry and Iris Jimenez; his brother, Ryan; and his sisters, Raquel and Reyna. He was the proud uncle of nine nieces and nephews, all of whom will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Nina Vasques and Pete Jimenez and Virginia Aguilar.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at The Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament on October 16, 2020 at 9 am with interment to follow at St Mary's Catholic Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to attend and share in prayer for the repose of his soul.

The family is deeply grateful for the prayers and support offered during this difficult time.
