I knew Richard growing up on Richmond Street , Brockton, MA. I remember him being a stand up young man, polite and respectful. He always looked out for the younger kids when they were being bullied and mentored many. My fondest memory of Richard is him picking me up and putting me on his shoulders after we won a basketball tournament. Rest in Piece my Brother and Condolences to the Family.
