Richard "Dick" Dean Keller, 69, Retired E7 USN. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on 8-16-24 at Mercy Hospital from complications of lung cancer. He was preceded in death by Dean and Marjorie Keller (parents). Eugene and Rose Carrick (in-laws), Daniel (brother) and Jason (nephew). Survived by wife of 47 years Cindy, sons Benjamin (Erika) and Matthew (Angela), grandchildren Vincent, Mason and Amelia. Mass of the Christian Burial St. Stephen's Church, 525 Jackson St, Anoka. Wednesday, August 28th 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior and lunch following. Private internment to Ft. Snelling at later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.

The nightly ceremony in Washington, D.C. will be dedicated in honor of your loved one on the day of your choosing.
