Mr. Richard Legacy Sr

Richard Legacy Sr. woke up Monday morning the 12th of August to his daily routines, sat in his lazy boy chair to say his prayers. Closed his eyes and went peacefully to his Lord and Savior. Dick lived a life only one could dream of. He married his one true Love and they shared 63 years together in a life so blessed with family and friends. With his wife Molly, they raised three young men that adored their dad.
As Dad enters Heaven he leaves behind his beautiful bride of 63 years, Molly; sons, Rick Legacy Jr. and his wife, Jennifer, Jeff Legacy and his wife, Connie and Stu Legacy and his wife, Malinda; 12 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Shelva Holmes and her husband, Don and Faye Smith; and a brother, Gary Legacy.
He was predeceased by his parents, Kip and Ruth Legacy and a brother, Cliff Legacy.
Dick Legacy was a man of honor, a man of integrity and a man that loved so deeply. He will be missed unimaginably by so many.
We love you, Dad.
At the family's request, there will be no calling hours.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 11 a.m. with a repast meal to follow at the New Beginnings Church 227 West Main Street, Malone with Dad's favorite Pastor Derek Trudell officiating.
