Richard is survived by his son, Ryan Mines, and grandson Sawyer Mines. His daughter, Rachael Rodowick (Mines), and her husband, Lenny Rodowick, along with his grandsons, Henry and LJ Rodowick; He also leaves behind his siblings Sandra Donjon (Alan), Karen Mines, Cynthia Gabel (Tony), and Jeff Mines (Mary).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Genevieve Mines, and his brother, Charles Mines Jr.
Richard had a passion for fishing, working on his trucks, and lending a helping hand to anyone in need. He found joy in simple pleasures-spending time with friends who became like family in Florida, and most of all, being surrounded by his children and grandchildren, who were the light of his life.
Those who knew Richard will remember his big heart, steady hands, and the way he made everyone feel welcome and cared for. He will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
