He passed away on December 9, 2021.
Richard was born on November 17, 1932 in Hobart, Oklahoma the son of Duke and Hattie Jackson Norvelle. He was a retired machinist and had been a resident of the area since 1993 moving here from Upland, California. He enjoyed fishing and playing the lottery.
He is survived by his daughter, Gail Hallman of California. Two step-sons; Michael Brickey of Madison, Alabama and Gary Brickey of Upland, California and a sister, Barbara Russel of Washington. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Jacqueline Norvelle and a daughter, Karen.
