A celebration of life will take place and is still being discussed by the family. The John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., East York, is assisting with the arrangements.
Richard was born October 24, 1953 in York, son of the late Austin and Edna (McKinsey) Reever. He was a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps and served during the Vietnam War. Richard was employed by Kinsley Construction as a dispatcher for 15 years. He loved working at Kinsley and would often tell stories about his time there. He was an avid hunter, fisher and all-around outdoorsman. Richard was also a family man. He loved having everyone over for cookouts and spending time with his many grandchildren.
Richard is survived by his children Tammy, Kerry, and Billie-Jo. Grandchildren Justice, Travis, Jonna, Camryn, Talan; Great-grandchildren Cayden, Brantley, Maverick, and Luna; Brother Raymond and Sister Mary and many nieces, nephews, and a loving extended family.
