In Loving Memory Richard S. Rupert February 13, 1955 - January 09, 2025 Richard S. (Rupe) Rupert passed away on January 9, 2025 at the Seneca Manor Adult Home in Mineto, NY. He was born on February 13, 1955 in Fulton, NY. Richard was predeceased by his parents Milford and Angeline Rupert and brother Ronald Rupert. Richard graduated from G. Ray Bodley High School and was a proud member of the U.S. Navy serving on the U.S.S. Hally Burton and traveling around the world with the Navy. After returning from his time in the service he worked for Knapp electric before his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and water skiing on the Oswego River with his partner in crime; the River Rats.Rich is survived by his sisters, Nancy Jacobs, Charlene Starks, Darlene Schremp, Terri Schremp, Diane (Larry) Benedict, Sharon (Howard) Allen and brother Rogert Rupert along with several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home Brewerton, NY.
