I only met Richard briefly, through my wife, Peggy. She had met Richard and his brothers, through her caseworker in 1990. My heartfelt condolences to his family and siblings. Deep down Richard knew Christ Jesus, as his Lord and Savior.

I went out with Richard when I was 13 for a couple of years. He was a great person I remember he liked to help people when ever he could. I remember my mom told me no boys in the house and when she left him and Jack came over and they had to hide in my closet for hours bc my mom came home but after a few hours I was able to get them out. He loved his kids and I know he did a lot with his kids. He will be dearly missed.fly high Richard.

Richard was my brother. I remember when I was a toddler Richie n Brian took my baby bottle a sprayed me with milk. My dad put me on the floor between them I crawled to the closet grabbed the vacuum cleaner handle and hit both brothers in the head with it. Richard has loving and caring side but he always try to play tuff. But he wasn´t tuff he was as sweet as a teddy bear. Richie is in heaven with dad, grandma, cousin Jack, and all of his uncle and aunts.
