Born on May 25, 1940, in Randolph County, NC, Richard lived a life marked by hard work, kindness, and a deep love for his family and friends.

Richard spent many years as an accomplished electrician and plumber, dedicating his skills to helping others. Known for his generosity, he never hesitated to lend a hand when needed. Outside of work, Richard was a storyteller at heart, captivating those around him with tales of his adventures and experiences. Snider and wife Megan; sisters Susie Snider Cook and Nancy Snider Skeen; and grandsons Stephen D. Snider, Nicholas A. Snider and fiancée Hailey, Mason A. Snider, and Miles E. Snider.
