Richard S. Temple II 73 of Yardville passed away July 11, 2025.
Ritchie was a graduate of Hamilton High School West, and Mercer County Vo-Tech School.
He was a retired Mechanic from the State of New Jersey Motor Pool. He was also employed at Eastern Warehouse delivering auto parts.
Ritchie served honorably in the US Army in the Vietnam War.
He was a member of the VFW Post 491 in Yardville and their Quoit League.
He was an avid Phillies and Yankee fan.
Son of the late Richard Servis Temple and Kathryn Delp Temple.
Brother of the late Kathy Nerges and Barbara S. Paolozzi.
Surviving are his wife Sharon Wolverton Temple.
Step son Dominic Petito.
Grandson Theodore Petito.
Sister, Nancy Lee and husband Karl H. Froebe.
Brother, R. Scott and wife Kimberly Temple.
Brother in law, John Ambramson.
Many nieces and nephews.
Special nieces and nephew., Allison Jennings, Melissa Jennings and Gayle Jennings.
His faithful companion Eli.
Relatives and Friends may call 11:00am to 1:00pm Thursday July 17, 2025 at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St. Hamilton.
Services will be at 1:00pm
Interment will be private at the BGWCD Veteran Cemetery in Arneytown, NJ.
