Richard Allen Toliver, 71, of Washburn, IL passed away on September 24, 2025 peacefully at his residence surrounded by family. He was born on May 23, 1954 to Dean and Nancy (Cimei) Toliver in Spring Valley, IL. He married Kimberlee Hilligoss on December 16, 1972.
He loved being a Dad and grandpa. He loved fishing trips to Canada with his buddies. He loved the mountains of Colorado. He loved his 1955 Chevy and motorcycle rides on his Honda Goldwing.Richard is survived by his wife, Kimberlee (Hilligoss) Toliver; son, Ryan and Brittney Toliver; grandchildren, Micah and Parker; son, Ross Toliver and his children, Jordan, Madison, Zachary; son, Adam and Nikki Toliver and their children, Alexis, Sophia, Adalynn, Sylvia; his siblings, Kathy Skaggs, Denis Toliver, William Toliver, Amanda Inman, and Michael Toliver.
