Richard Westhafer Obituary

Born in Jonestown on January 26, 1941, he was the son of the late Harry A. and Mary Blair Westhafer. He retired from Met-Ed, where he had been an Auto CAD Technician. He was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, and racing.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons Brian R. Westhafer of Ephrata and David G. husband of Lori Westhafer of Lebanon; daughters Debbie wife of Michael Stein of Deodate and Linette wife of Matt Brace of Lebanon; sister Grace wife of Bill Rutter of Lebanon; ten grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his siblings Rodney Westhafer, Larry Westhafer, and Gloria Kaufold.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. A viewing will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Wenger Cemetery, Jonestown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, 200 SE 1st St., Ste. 800, Miami, FL 33131.
