Richard H. "Ricky" Woodliff Jr., age 61, of Oconto, passed away unexpectedly at his home, Friday, September 8, 2023. He was born in Chicago, IL, December 18, 1961, son of the late Terance Lewey and Richard H. Woodliff Sr. He attended Round Lake High School. He was employed at Coppen's Metal and Roofing for many years.

Ricky married Norann VanderWegen on September 8, 1979 and they shared 44 loving years together. He attended Glory House Church, Oconto, WI. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with family and friends, time with family dogs and watching horror movies.

Richard is survived by his wife, Norann; 3 children: Carrie (Brian) O'Connor, Christopher (Dawn Gromoske) Woodliff and Caitlyn (Cody) Cordova) Woodliff; 10 grandchildren: Brian, Bryce, Brandon, Crysalyn, Cearyona and Braydan O'Connor, Cayden, Owen and Riley Woodliff, Nalianna and Chris'Tyle Cordova and his siblings: Kathleen King, Ted Woodliff, Tina (Linwood) Futrell, Mary (Seyi) Omotosho and Dawn (Keith) Jordan. He is further survived by his step-father, Walter Lewey, numerous nieces, nephews, his furbabies: Baby, Bella, Paige and Bridget, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Terance and Richard Sr., a nephew, Walter Geisler, his maternal grandparents, and his paternal grandparents.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI), Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 9 to 11 AM. A funeral service will follow at 11AM.
