Richelle Bishop Obituary

Published by Legacy on Aug. 5, 2024.
Richelle Rene Wheeler Bishop unexpectedly passed Friday, July 26th at St. Ann's Hospital.
She was born in Westerville, Ohio on April 20, 1963, to Marilyn Ginn Wheeler and Russell
Wheeler. She is survived by her husband, Dan Bishop, three sisters, Bonnie Arthur, Connie
Hopkins, and Mara Lea Rosenbarger; four children, Travis Gillespie, Timothy Sergent, Sarah
Bishop, and Michael Bishop; and three much loved grandchildren, Zoe Sergent, Jax and
Ryleigh Cavote; niece and nephew, Nielle Summers and Tommy Arthur;
and her sweet companion dog, Delilah.
Chelle was a kind, nurturing, caring, and loving person that will be remembered for her
good heart, her terrific sense of humor, and her love of holidays with family. Despite
considerable health challenges, she was a fighter, and always put her family first.
She was open, honest, and compassionate, making her a lifeline for others at difficult
times. Her most joyful and treasured moments were visits with her grandchildren.
She is dearly missed now and will be for all of our days.
