Rick Forman Obituary
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Marcey Goulder Forman; daughter, Jackie (David Hollander) Forman; son, Scott Forman; granddaughters, Sophia and Evelyn; brother, Donald Forman; brothers-in-law, Eric (Barb McClatchie) Goulder and Gerald (Debra) Goulder; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Forman and parents, Louis and Jean Forman.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 AM on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Congregation Beth Tikvah, 6121 Olentangy River Rd. Worthington. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery - Beth Tikvah Section. Shiva will be observed at the Forman residence on Thursday from 7-9 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Rick's memory may be made to The Forman Pay It Forward Fund at Congregation Beth Tikvah or The Jessica Forman Brian Carnahan Walkabout Scholarship at Linworth Experiential Program at Worthington School District.
