Rick J. Woon

Rick Woon, age 65, passed away at his home in Waterford on Sunday, October 20th, 2024. Born to Charles & Marjorie Woon. He resided in Waterford his whole life and graduated from Kettering high school. Rick was a shop hand for Infra Corp. where he worked for many years with his life long friend Ed. Rick loved football, fishing, camping, yahtzee, classic rock, VHS movies, riding ATVs and watching classic TV shows like Andy Griffith. A die hard fan of any Detroit sports, he never missed a game, and his favorite thing to do was hang out with his best buds Mickey and Toby. Rick was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Pam, and his nephew Jeff. He is survived by his niece Jessica, her children Nick, Alex, Sebastian, Robby, and his beloved dogs Mickey and Toby. He was a cherished uncle to many great-grand nieces and nephews. Rick will be missed immensely by everyone that knew and loved him. A private ceremony will be held graveside for his immediate family.
