Ricky Meeks

Ricky Meeks, age 58, resident of Clinton, passed away, Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Self Regional Medical Center.

He was born January 24, 1967 in Clinton, SC, and was the son of Patty Meeks of Clinton, and the late Thomas Eugene Meeks. Ricky was employed by Asten-Johnson and was a former masonic lodge member. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors, but above all he loved being a grandfather, affectionately known as “Pa” to his grandchildren. Ricky was a member of Clinton First Pentecostal Holiness Church.

He is survived by his mother, Patty Meeks; his children, Cameron Meeks (Destiny) of Clinton and Jessica Meeks (Gage Poss) of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Layne Poss, Leonidas Poss, Wylder Poss, Cheyanne Meeks and Chevy Meeks; and his sisters, Pam Alewine of Clinton and Dianne Easter (Ernie) of Laurens.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, November 28, 2025 at Clinton First Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Mark Entrekin officiating. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00-3:00 PM at the Church.
