If you knew Dottie, you know she loved animals and she enjoyed her time spent with her pets Lola, Leo and Rocky. Above all, Dottie had a smile for everyone and was quick to help a stranger and eager to greet a friend, old or new.

Her family extends heartfelt gratitude to the 4th floor ICU doctors and nurses at the University of Virginia hospital for their exceptional care during her final days.
