Rico Lamont Ross was born April 23, 1987, to Howard Earl and Donna Faye Gilchrist Ross in Fort Riley, Kansas. Rico graduated from Harker Heights High School in 2006 and received an Associate Degree in Building and Coding from Devry University in 2008. He worked for PR Cleaning Services LLC., in Harker Heights, Texas, as a Cleaning Tech for one year, and for Outback Steakhouse in Killeen, Texas as a Chef.
Rico loved to play basketball and baseball and loved to watch football.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Rosie Lee Fairley and Ola Mae Gilchrist, and stepmother, Seneca Faris.
Survivors are his father, Howard E. Ross of Killeen; his mother, Donna Ross of Mesa, Arizona; two brothers, Earl Flowers (Anita) of Lawrenceville, Georgia, and Syrus Faris (Destiny) of Austin; two sisters, Keshanna Green and Ebony Green both of Gulfport, Mississippi; special friend, Katia Flood of Killeen; and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Rico was always a genuine man and friend. He would give you the shirt off his back his last dime and words of encouragement that he many times needed himself I first met him at Kroger food store im North Irving Texas.and u can say I never met anyone who could fill his shoes i still miss my friend.the pain never goes away I'm sending you this with love and appreciation
