Rilda (Tomblin) Cline, 89, of Smiths Grove passed Sunday, October 5, 2025 at her residence with her family by her side. She was a native of

Pie, West Virginia and was born September 16, 1936. Rilda was preceded in death by her husband William K. Cline, Sr., and her parents Jess Tomblin and Dora (Harmon) Tomblin. One son William K. Cline, Jr., three sisters Juanita Spence, Geneva Aliff and Loradith Tomblin. Five brothers Raymond, Ronald, Ray and Sam Tomblin and Danny Ray Toth and one precious granddaughter Jennifer Chappell, and son-in-law Darrell Moore.

Rilda was a homemaker and a faithful member of Bowling Green Praise and Worship Church for more than 20 years. She was loved by all and she will be missed. The family wanted to say a big Thank You to Hospice of Southern Kentucky for all of there help.

Survivors include two daughters Patricia Moore, Rebecca McCallister (Marvin), one sister Janice Moore (Allen) and one brother Dana Tomblin (Kelly). Thirteen wonderful grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and twenty great-great grandchildren. She also had several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Bowling Green Praise & Worship Church, 226 Old Lovers Lane, Bowling Green, KY 42103. Visitation will Wednesday 2:30 pm until 7:00 pm at the church and Thursday, 10:00 am until time of services. Burial will be in Bowling Green Gardens. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of J. C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel.
