In Loving Memory of Rita Carol Crouch
June 14, 1930 – June 12, 2025

Rita Carol Crouch, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully into the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ on June 12, 2025.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on June 14, 1930, Rita was one of eight children and shared a special bond with her identical twin sister, Ruth. In her early years, Rita worked as a stewardess for TWA, where she met the love of her life, Marvin, during one of her flights.

Rita and Marvin built a life together in Kansas City, where they raised their two daughters. While supporting Marvin in his automotive sales and contracting business, Rita also managed the household with grace and devotion.

Following their retirement in 1986, Rita and Marvin relocated to La Jolla, California. There, Rita enjoyed an active social life, cultivated lasting friendships, and supported numerous charitable organizations. A passionate traveler, she found joy in exploring the world.

Later in life, they settled in Orange County to be closer to their family. Rita's warmth, generosity, and vibrant spirit touched all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughters, Sue and Lori; her cherished grandchildren, Ashley, Allie, and John; and her sister, Mary Lou Miller. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin, and her siblings, including her twin sister Ruth.

She will be received and celebrated on Monday July 7, 2025 at Mission San Juan Capistrano in San Juan Capistrano with mass at 11AM PST.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made in Rita's memory to:
