Rita Lorange Obituary
Her husband, Robert L. Lorange, passed away in 2013. She leaves her three sons, Paul Lorange and his wife Lisa of Southbridge, Peter Lorange of Worcester and John Lorange of Southbridge; her two sisters, Nancy and her husband Roger Norowski of Southbridge and Claire and her husband Charles Russell of Webster; her three grandchildren, Kimberly Latour and her husband Devon of Tolland, CT, Brady Lorange of Southbridge and Alexandria Buono of Worcester; six great grandchildren, Joshua, Jordynn, Aubrey, Aries Enzo and Avi; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers, Vincent "Jimmy" Osimo, Anthony "Tony" Osimo, Tulio "Tito" Osimo and Alponse "Ponzi" Osimo, Jr. and four sisters, Lillian Galonek, Mary Rondeau, Laura Berthiaume and Isabella Authier. Rita was born in Southbridge the daughter of Alphonse and Angelina Salce Osimo
Rita worked in the office for the former Paquette Stationary in Southbridge, retiring many years ago. She previously worked at the former Westwood Textile in Southbridge. She was a member of St. John Paul II Parish and a member of its St. Rita's Society. She enjoyed bowling, and was huge Tom Brady Patriots fan. She loved cooking for her family. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass for Rita will be held on Monday, April 8th, at 11:00am in Notre Dame Church of the St. John Paul II Parish, 446 Main St., Southbridge. Burial will follow in St. George Cemetery, Southbridge. There are no calling hours.
The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge, is directing arrangements.
