Rita is a graduate of Bloom Trail High School, Class of 1968. She attended Prairie State College for one year. Rita retired after 13 years, in 2013, from Merrillville School Corporation as a bus driver and previously worked, for 10 years, at Laid Law School Corporation. She was a member at St. Liborius Catholic Church in Steger, IL. Rita enjoyed woodworking, painting, drawing and sewing.
Rita is survived by her children: Christopher Paul of DeMotte, IN and Devin Paul of DeMotte, IN; the father of her children, Gregory Paul; siblings: Marie Hunt, John Urbaszewski, Irene Perez, and Joe Urbaszewski; Friend, Shannon Fieler of Lebanon, MO.
Rita is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Edward Urbaszewski; sister-in-law, Melody Urbaszewski; and brother-in-law, Richard Hunt.
