Rita Pat Rogers

Rita "Pat" Rogers, passed at the hospice home in Burlington, on Monday, August, 25, 2025. She was the wife of the late Samuel "Sam" Rogers and the daughter of the late Duel Pink Lassiter and Lillie Mae May.

A native of Alamance County she was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a hundred percent Christian woman. She loved to go fishing and cross word puzzles. She was a seamstress by trade. She loved the season of Christmas and always believed Reindeers could fly. She was the best mom ever and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her sons, Howard Rogers and his wife Jaime, Sam Rogers, Jr. and daughter Tammie Isley and her husband Ronnie, she is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, son Timothy "Tim" Duel Rogers, parents, eight sisters and seven brothers.

The funeral service will be held Friday at 2:00pm at Rich and Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Graham. The family will receive friends at 1:00pm to 2:00pm prior to the service. The burial will follow at Concord United Methodist Church Cemetery. At other times the family will be at the home of Howard and Jaime Rogers. The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice Home for the excellent care and love provided to their loved one.
