Robbie Caddell, age 34, of Somerset, Kentucky, son of Missy Burk and stepson of Jerry Burk, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025 and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 28, 2025 in the chapel of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Grundy Family Cemetery in Pine Knot, Kentucky.
Robbie was born on November 3, 1990, in Somerset, Kentucky. He was baptized at the Pentecostal Church of God in Day Ridge by Pat Yancey. He was an employee of Performance Food Group and a outdoorsman at heart who loved hunting, fishing, and hiking. He also enjoyed playing video games, going to the gym, and spending quality time with his family, which was what he loved most of all.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Earl and May Grundy, Linda Irene Wright Storie and McCoy Storie, grandfather, Edd Grundy, uncle, Darrell Hollon, special aunt, Barabara May Grace and special infant cousin, Rebecca Marie Grundy.
Robbie is survived by his loving mother, Missy Burk; his stepfather, Jerry Burk; his grandmother, Phyllis Grundy; two special uncles, Eddie Grundy, who was like a father to Robbie and David Allen Grundy who was like his big brother, James Scott Grundy, Kevin Grace; aunts, Kathy Hollon, Joy Grundy, Linda Kay Chitwood, Debbie Hall, and husband Nathan, and a special aunt, Julia Grundy who was like another mother to Robbie, special cousins, Joseph and James Grundy, and Sarah Grundy, who was like a sister, his roommate who was like his brother, Ryan Baker, and also his performance work family, and several other dear cousins, nieces and nephews and extended family members that he loved dearly.
