Robert J. Barber

Robert J. Barber, 64 passed away on September 3, 2024. He leaves behind his wife Victoria whom he loved with all his heart. He leaves behind 2 sons, Joseph Krupa of Statesville NC and Michael Barber of Windsor CT, 4 grandchildren whom he adored Alisa of NC and Fiona, Felix & Rose of Windsor CT, 1 sister Diane Costner and her spouse Darryl of NC, 3 brothers, Richard and spouse Jeanette of NC, William of NC and David and spouse Lori of CT., sister in law Valorie Bidwell & brother in laws Alan, Wally, Bill and his spouse Elsie all of CT.
He also leaves behind his Aunt Elaine Martocchio of South Windsor, many nieces, nephews, cousins and many many friends.
He was married for 43 years to his beloved wife Vickie. He was in the CT army national guard for 8 years and he was a member of St. Casimer's Lithuanian Society for many years. He was a proud tile setter for his career, first with Dalene Flooring and eventually starting his own company. He loved nascar and went to over 100 races. He was always the first to volunteer to help his family and friends whenever help was needed. He will be sorely missed by everyone whose life he touched.
We are having a Celebration of Robert's Life at St. Casimer's, 28 West St. Windsor Ct on Friday September 13th at 5pm. Everyone is welcome. (food will be served and having an open bar, which Bob always said he would want).
