As a young boy eating dinner at the Beauchamp house the main course was BBQ bone in chicken breast. The Beauchamps were digging in with knives and forks I was raised by Frank Maxwell more a pick it up and eat with fingers kind of guy. Bob could tell I was struggling with what to do. He grabbed his chicken fingers first and dug in. Bob had many outstanding qualities but my favorite was to make people feel welcome and at home in any environment whether he had known them for a while or just met them. Big hugs to all Beauchamps and extended family.

Bob was such a steadfast force at our up north Camelot called Hemingway. And not only for us but our entire family and friend network. My grandkids got to know Bob and "piper" over the years and "always" enjoyed and were encouraged my him. And I always cherished our "encounters" be it at a bonfire, the marina or just on the paths of Hemingway. Bob was always upbeat on life and insisted on talking about others above self. Bob was a great man including family, friends and community. I was blessed for the years of interface with Bob. He will be missed AND celebrated. My prayers for Sharon and family as they celebrate and mourn.
