Obituary of Robert L. Beutler, Sr.
Robert L. Beutler, Sr., 87, of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022.
Legacy
He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He loved to be around his family especially his sweetheart Pat. He was born in Philadelphia, PA and was raised in Haddonfield, NJ, and graduated from Haddonfield High School. He became a proud member of the United States Army, then attended Villanova University. He graduated from Villanova, Glassboro State and LaSalle University. He loved educating himself and had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. He was an avid reader across many genres. He enjoyed traveling, golfing, fishing, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Family
He is the beloved husband of 60 wonderful years this August to Patricia M. Beutler (nee Hoover). Devoted father of Robert L. Beutler, Jr., Kurt P. Beutler, late Robert J Cocozza (Darcy) and late Patricia A. Cavallaro. Adored grandfather of Alex, Anne (Taras), Mark (Beth), Joe (Jennifer), Jesse (Catherine), Michael (Brittany), Bobby (Rashell), Kara (Jason), Joey (Sayward), Carissa (Mark) and LeAnne. Treasured great grandfather of Zackery, Grace, Wesley, Briggs, Joseph, Joslyn, Mason, Molly, Chloe, Maximo, Elizabeth, Rocco, Jacob, Liam, Connor, Henry, Brinley, Garrett, and Raelynn. Son of the late Margaret and Louis Beutler. Dear brother of the late Louie. He was the uncle of the late Christopher J. Beutler who passed in December of 2021 from A.L.S. Robert will be missed by family and friends.
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, April 14th, from 12:00PM to 1:00PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Washington Township, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell NJ 08080. Funeral Service at 1:00PM. Interment will be at a later date.
