A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on October 20, 2023, at 2:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall of the church.
Robert attended Troy High School, Clarkson University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and the Medical University of S.C. Charleston.
He worked for Westinghouse Nuclear Fuels.
In order to honor Robert's memory, donations can be made to Smith Medical Clinic.

I was a patient of Dr. Bibb. He was a wonderful, kind doctor and will be greatly missed. My sincerest condolences to his family. He was truly one of a kind.
