Robert “Bob” Lee Lipscomb Jr., of Quitman, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at the age of 78.
Bob was born on February 22, 1946 in Tyler to Dr. Robert Lee Lipscomb Sr. and Hazel Loveless Lipscomb. After graduating from Quitman High School in 1964, Bob went on to obtain his undergrad degree from Texas Christian University, and his graduate degree from Thunderbird University. He worked in sales and marketing until retirement.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Robert Lee Lipscomb Sr. and Hazel Loveless Lipscomb.
He is survived by his sister, Marsha Miller and husband Buddy of Dallas; niece, Melissa Fairley and husband Gregg; nephew, Gregory Miller and wife Vanessa; and great nieces and nephew, Mary Kate and Hannah Fairley, and Olivia and Ethan Miller.
Graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, November 29, 2024 at Quitman Cemetery with Brother Fred Morrow officiating.
