Bob always made everyone he came into contact with smile ear to ear, especially his Penny. He never let her go a day without showing his simple acts of love. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, friend, and “OG” to his granddaughter.
Bob was an honest, hardworking, and passionate man with undeniable love for those around him. His restaurant, Oscar’s in Havana, was a true representation of his loyalty and commitment to his family and community. Bob was a loving and selfless man who continually poured into his family, friends, and community.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his father-in-law, Robert Lamar Page; grandmother, Dena Blackburn; and grandfather, Robert C. Blackburn.
