Robert "Bob" Delmer Brown, 81, of Granbury, passed away early on Sunday morning, August 31, 2025, surrounded by his family in Granbury, Texas.

Bob was born on October 28, 1943, in Goose Creek, Texas to the late Delmer & Ina Mae Brown. He grew up in Texas and graduated from Commerce High School. Bob went on to earn a degree from East Texas State University where he ran track, played football and was a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He spent his career in sales, traveling the United States, working for various chemical companies. Bob enjoyed playing golf, working in the yard, a cold beverage and following the beloved Arkansas Razorbacks.

Bob is survived by his daughter, Lisa and husband Brady Basil; son, Collin Brown and wife Melissa Brown; grandchildren, Laurel Burns, Landry Basil, Luke Basil, Leighton Basil and Cooper Brown; by his sister, Karen Schaefer; and by his brother, Christy Brown.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers, Danny Brown and Del Brown.

Visitation will be from 10 A.M., until Noon, on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the Wiley Funeral Home, 400 Highway 377 East, in Granbury. Graveside service to follow at 1 P.M., at Acton Cemetery, 3628 Fall Creek Hwy., Granbury, Texas.
