Robert was born on March 17, 1955, in New Jersey. He honorably served in the United States Marine Corps and was deeply proud of his military service. During his time in the Marines, Robert served as an Embassy Guard, with assignments in Switzerland, the Soviet Union, and Beijing.

I served with Bob in Beijing China..we lost contact with each other throughout the years but reconnected in 2023 through my son...a good soul and friend..

Bob, sweet friend rest in peace. You fought the good fight, you served your country with honor. Each person whose life you touched will forever be enriched to have known you. Thank you for being a great friend through thick and thin. Thank you for being a great teacher to help my career in the USPS. Thank you for being a Blessing. Our hearts and souls will forever be entwined through God's grace and love. I will forever cherish all your military stories, the place you went and the people you encountered. You are a great example of a life well lived. Love you forever, until we meet again in Glory!
