I remember when I met Bob at Lattorette Heating and Cooling in Klamath falls when I was just 13 years old. I told him I wanted to make money.
And so he put me to work doing the chores nobody else wanted to do. He treated me like an adult and paid me fairly always holding me to my word. He told me that my word was always worth more than any dollar I could earn and put in my pocket. Him and that little gray poodle "LP" ran a tight ship. I appreciate that he always worried about me and took the time like my dad did to explain the job, what I could have done better, and let me know when I did a good job.
Bob...wherever you may be, thank you. You were an immensly positive influence on my life. For a kid that was told he would go nowhere and not amount to anything, you made me feel like if I just kept trying I'd be fine. I was the first in my family to graduate college, I was the commissioned military officer ever in our family, I've started and own several businesses, and made my first million at 29. You will be missed, you have my undying respect and gratitude, and will never forget you.

Bob, you were such an inspiration to me. I met you through Dave Latourette and his business. You helped our business, High Country Appliance and Spa by giving us ways to stay above and honest to our community. You were a great friend and you will be greatly missed. Soar High with the Eagles dear friend.
