Robert J. "Bob" Christy Jr

70, of Cranston, passed into heaven on Saturday, January 15, 2022, after a two-year battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Kathy (Testa) Christy for 31 years. Born in Washington DC, he was the son of the late Robert J. Christy Sr., and Grace (Kelly) Christy. Bob was a lifetime member at City of Cranston, Durfee Hardware and Anytime Anywhere Transportation. His greatest joy in life was working with computers and spending time with his family and friends.
Besides his wife Kathy, he is survived by his loving children Ashley Baumgardner and her husband Greg, and Robert J. Christy III and his wife Kristen. He is also survived by his two cherished grandchildren Annabelle and Lucas.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, Jan. 20th, from 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston; followed by his Funeral Home Service at 10:00 a.m. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
